How do we place an order with Emma Hall Design?
You can place your order online and pay by credit/debit card (via paypal), or if you prefer you can post a cheque. To pay by cheque, simply send full payment with your order confirmation after submitting your details online.

Can we book a consultation?
Consultations are usually done via email or telephone.

Can we order samples of your wedding stationery?
Yes, you can order a sample day invitation from each range. There is a charge for these, but refunds will be given for any samples returned in perfect condition. We will do our best to send the colours that you request, but as this may not always be possible, colour swatch decks are available to purchase. Again a refund will be given for any swatch books returned in perfect condition.

When do we send our wedding invitations?
We recommend that you send your invitations no later than 6 weeks, preferably 8 weeks before your wedding. If your wedding is at a holiday time you may consider sending a save the date card to give your guests ample notice.

How soon do we need to order our wedding stationery?
Wedding stationery needs to be ordered at the very latest 4 months before your wedding, preferably 6 months as some colours are special order items that we don't keep in stock. When we receive your order, we purchase all of the necessary materials from our suppliers and keep them until you provide the details for printing.

Will you print our guest's names on our wedding invitations?
Yes, guest names are printed on our wedding invitations unless otherwise stated. Word and Excel templates are available for you to download and insert your guest names and addresses. After you have placed your order, the completed list should be emailed to info@emmahalldesign.com. Please proof read the list carefully before sending, as any changes may incur an additional artwork charge.

Can you address the envelopes?
Both our Invitation and RSVP envelopes have addresses printed unless otherwise stated.

Do we need to have all the guest names and addresses ready when ordering?
No, these can be emailed at a later date. The final proofs should be approved 4 weeks before the date that you want your stationery delivered.

When do you need the order of service details?
You need to email us the order of service details in a word document at least 4 weeks before your wedding. Please proof read carefully before sending, as any changes may incur an additional artwork charge.

When do you need the guest names for the place cards and table plan?
We will need the guest names for place cards and table plan 3 weeks before your wedding.

Will we get a proof of any personalised wedding stationery that we may order?
Yes, you will receive pdf proofs via email for you to approve. We cannot start printing your order until it has been approved by you.

Once we order our wedding stationery, how long does it take until dispatch?
It can take up to 4 weeks from approving your proofs until your stationery is dispatched, although we aim to dispatch your order within 2 weeks of receiving approval. We cannot start printing your order until it has been approved by you.

What if we need our wedding stationery quickly?
If you need your stationery in a hurry, please contact us at info@emmahalldesign.com Depending on our work load and stock levels at that time, we may be able to provide an express service at no extra cost. Please note that a 24 hour courier service will incur an additional charge.

Do we have to order all of our wedding stationery at the same time?
No. You are free to make an initial order for your wedding invitations and further orders for your order of service, placecards, thank you cards etc.

Can we change colours, text and fonts or use our own images on the stationery?
Yes, we offer a bespoke service. Please email info@emmahalldesign.com with any requirements you may have.

What if we run out of wedding invitations?
We advise you to order a few spare blank invitations as there is a £35 setup charge for any additional orders below 20. Don¹t forget to order an extra one for your wedding albumn!

Is there a minimum order amount?
There is a minimum order of 20 for all wedding stationery, unless otherwise stated.

How much is post and packaging?
Standard postage charge to the UK is £4.95 Standard postage charges to the Republic of Ireland is 7.50 EUR If you require, your stationery can be send via a 24 hour courier service at an additional charge. For postage charges to anywhere else in the world please contact us at info@emmahalldesign.com.

Can you ship to anywhere in the world?
Yes, please contact us for a quotation for shipping costs. All orders may be subject to local taxes and custom charges.

What is your refund policy?
If you cancel your order before we have ordered the materials you will receive an 80% refund. If you cancel your order before artwork or printing has commenced you will receive a 40% refund. No refunds will be given for orders after artwork or printing has commenced.
